Mr Mushtaq Ahmed

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon & Chief of Surgery

Mr Ahmed gained his specialist training on the Edinburgh rotation at the Princess Margaret Rose and Royal Infirmary Hospitals before joining The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust as a consultant in 1996.

He is a Fellow of the Royal college of Edinburgh, and Member of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA), British Association of Spine Surgeons (BASS) and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).

He contributes to charity work and serves as executive and board member for a number of charitable medical organisations some of which he has chaired in the past. In his spare time he enjoys sports and outdoor pursuits.
